A Mock interview is the best way that you can prepare for a real employment interview. Our program can give you the knowledge, skills and confidence to succeed in a real interview.
A Mock interview is simply a practice interview. Our expert mock interview coaches will ask you questions from real interviews and use marking criteria to assess your performance in the same way they do in a real interview.
All mock interview coaches include senior management from both the public and private sectors as well as local government. They all process extensive management skills and knowledge in human resources for positions at all levels. The coaches also provide on the spot training and coaching throughout the sessions.
After the mock interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss your visions for the future and review your own performance with the coaches. You will have an 1 to 1 session with the Coach to discuss in depth with the CV and application and in particular to evaluate your own performance throughout the interview.
You will gain the experience of a REAL JOB Interview – e.g. similar to the TV series The Apprentice. The Mock interview enables you to comfortably practice your interview skills, improve your communication skills and get coaching in a no pressure environment.
The Mock Interview Program allows you to:

- To develop methods of understanding how to answer questions
- Gain an understanding of what the interviewers look for and how they mark you
- Be less nervous and increases your confidence
- Work on creating a good first impression which is very important
- Communicate your skills and past experience clearly and effectively
- Handle potentially difficult questions
How do I prepare?
- Dress appropriately, as you would for an actual interview.
- Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early.
- If you have a job in mind that you would like to apply for, bring the job description and person specification with you.
- Bring a copy of your latest CV

The Trainers
Our Friendly trainers have over 10 years experience of interviewing candidates for jobs, including both the private and public sectors. Additionally, our team has a wealth of experience in working with international students, having provided CV and personal statements services as well as being qualified in TEFL and teaching English both in England and abroad. Therefore, our team understand the challenges and barriers that international students face in interviews. Our team has worked with students from well establish universities and has helped students to find the jobs that they want.
Layout of the Program:
Step 1 – Meet and Greet 15mins
Step 2 – Interview techniques and tactics seminar (1 hour)
Step 3 – one to one mock interview (45 minutes)
Step 4 – After interview feedback discussion with coach (30minutes)
Prices: £100 – or £80 with early booking
Bring a group of 5 students or more and pay £50 each
